Private coaching sessions are held via Zoom video calls. You can enjoy coaching sessions at a time that is most convenient for your schedule in the privacy of your own home.
We start with the area that is the most pressing at the time or a goal you want to achieve, focus on working on that, and also cover other topics as life happens. You’ll learn tools and how to self-coach yourself that can be applied in any situation.
I teach children life coaching and mindfulness tools through online classes. Children normally aren’t taught at school how to handle emotions, process external negativity or their own negative self-talk, or how to express their emotions and talk about what’s going on for them. This is what we address in addition to other topics that are relevant to them at this time.
